Protein Grazing and The Bodybuilder

For today's bodybuilder, the idea of grazing might not be such a bad one. Most of us adhere to the general guideline of eating protein every three hours or so in order to maintain a positive nitrogen balance in the bloodstream, and keep the amino acids present for muscle repair and growth. Heck, we would all attach a protein IV to our body if it was feasible, right?
