In today's credit-dependent world an increasing number of people, especially males between the ages of 21 and 35 are living outside of their financial means and relying on perception to bring them success and luck. A $30,000 millionaire is someone who's salary is between $30-40k per year but attempts to mimic the lives of people whose income is much higher, such as a millionaire's.
